At The Donegal Shop, we take pride in the quality of our Irish knitwear and heritage fashion. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Ensure items are in their original condition, unworn, and with all Donegal Shop tags attached before placing them back in the original shipping box.

• 3.
  Ship to Ireland

  Affix the provided return label or use a tracked postal service to send your package to our flagship location in the Stephen's Green Shopping Centre, Dublin.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned garment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
